I believe in the importance of combining exercise, nature, and therapy. I research Ecotherapy, specifically Walk and Talk Therapy. My practice is influenced by Cognitive Behavioural/ Acceptence and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness practices.

I have a PhD in Counselling Psychology from the University of Calgary. I am also a sessional instructor at the University of Calgary. I love to play outside and believe in the power of engaging with others in this community.
