My Approach

I believe in the importance of combining exercise, nature, and therapy. I research Ecotherapy, specifically Walk and Talk Therapy.  My practice is influenced by Cognitive Behavioural/ Acceptence and Commitment Therapy, Narrative and Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness practices.

About me

I have a PhD in Counselling Psychology from the University of Calgary. I am also a sessional instructor at the University of Calgary and Bow Valley College. I love to play outside and believe in the power of engaging with others in this community.
